Terms of use
Last updated: 10 October 2026
These terms apply when you use the Wearabouts app. Wearabouts is made by Diogo Santos, Portugal (hello@getwearabouts.com). By creating an account you accept them.
The service
Wearabouts helps you keep a catalogue of your clothes and accessories and where they are. It is free and has no ads. We may add, change or remove features, and will tell you in advance about changes that affect you significantly.
Your account
You need an account to use Wearabouts. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account. You can delete it at any time in Profile → Delete account.
Your content
Your photos and notes stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and show them to you only as needed to run the app (for example, making thumbnails, searching, and, if you allow it, getting AI suggestions). Only add photos you are allowed to use, and do not use Wearabouts for anything illegal or harmful, to store other people’s personal data without their permission, or to attack or overload the service.
AI suggestions
Auto-fill suggestions are made by an AI model and can be wrong. They are only filled in for you to check. The feature is optional and needs your consent (see the privacy policy).
Availability
We work to keep Wearabouts running and your data safe, but the app is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copies of photos that matter to you.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Ending
You can stop using Wearabouts and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
App Store
If you downloaded Wearabouts from the App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.
Law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you are a consumer living in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and can go to its courts.
